About the Book
Life transitions may feel overwhelming—whether it’s a career change, loss, or personal growth. The Passage Advocate asks:
What if the life you know vanished in an instant?
Johanna Langley thought she was just taking a relaxing drive through the Colorado Rockies. However, her world is changed when a collision with another vehicle thrusts her, her boyfriend, her son and the other vehicle’s occupants into a supernatural realm.

Eric T. Schoenfeld delivers an immersive and thrilling journey in *The Passage Advocate*. From the moment Johanna Langley starts experiencing visions of another life, the story grips you and refuses to let go. The world-building is rich, the characters are compelling, and the stakes feel real. The supernatural elements blend seamlessly with political intrigue, making for a truly unique read. I especially loved the dynamic between Johanna, Nate, and Daniel as they navigate this mysterious new world. The presence of a wise, enigmatic wizard adds an extra layer of intrigue, and the tension between alliances keeps the pages turning. If you’re a fan of fantasy novels that transport you to another realm, this book is a must-read.

This book has perfect amount of imagery to bring you into this amazing new world without going on and on. The characters are also easy to follow. Although I am only 5 chapters into The Passage Advocate, I can already tell this is going to be one of my favorites! I can’t stop thinking of the characters when I’m not reading it, excited to get back to my book to see what happens next. It’s an easy read with articulate writing that gives everything a reader needs to truly visualize this magical world in which the characters are living. Johanna is totally relatable as a real woman and I love that there’s a touch of romance and lots whimsy to her life. I really hope there are plans for multiple books to this collection!

This book will pull you in with the story, but you will find yourself deeply involved with each character. Living in Colorado myself, the scenery and places he describes come to life, and I visualize them as I read. You will find it very hard to put this book down, even late into the night, you will say “just one more chapter”. I can’t wait to follow this story and these characters in the second book! Wonderful read!
